4.2 All activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. 12bingo1 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security.
4.3 You must notify 12bingo1 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. 12bingo1 may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation.
4.4 You must not share your account credentials with any other person. Account sharing is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
5.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 12bingo1 Platform:
5.2 12bingo1 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to withhold any balances pending investigation. Where prohibited conduct constitutes a criminal offence, 12bingo1 may report the matter to the relevant Philippine authorities.
6.1 12bingo1 accepts deposits via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and Philippine bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank). Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted.
6.2 The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed at the time of deposit.
6.3 All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. 12bingo1 reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources.
6.4 12bingo1 does not accept deposits via cryptocurrency of any kind, or via credit cards for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
6.5 Deposits are generally credited to your 12bingo1 account instantly or within a few minutes. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, please contact customer support with your transaction reference number.
7.1 12bingo1 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and validity periods, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.
7.2 Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
7.3 12bingo1 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such withdrawal does not affect bonuses already credited to a player's account in good faith.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
15.3 Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under applicable Philippine consumer protection legislation.
